Libbie Stellas is the author of many published articles and the upcoming memoir, Catching a Moment, Spiritual Lessons from My Daughter.

From the back cover:
Catching a Moment…
“Most every mother has memorable golden days. This was mine…I captured the moment, not through a picture but through the meaning my daughter gave me.”

In today’s busy world, parents often find they have little time to pursue a connection with the divine. Libbie Stellas shares how seemingly everyday moments with her daughter brought her closer to her Higher Power. From her daughter’s first steps to her third bout with head lice, from overheard phone conversations to the large questions of life and death, Stellas captures with charm and wisdom the spiritual insights she found through motherhood. She gently reminds us that “God is in the small things.”

Part memoir, part spiritual guidebook, part parenting journal, Catching a Moment reminds us to stop, take a breath, and notice the connections between our everyday lives and the divine. You may find yourself inspired to catch a few moments of your own.

Transition Resources offers you a partner on your life journey. The root definition of companion is “to eat of the same bread”. Throughout history, people who seek the fullest possible life have sought out resources to assist them in navigating thier life journey. In the over 30 years I have spent listening and supporting others I have been privileged to walk with women on their journey. I want to be your companion on the journey of life. Companions walk with you, watch out for signs on the road, alert of potential obstacles, and provide a kind of friendship along the way to the next destination.

As a coach I provide a one-on- one relationship focused on supporting and empowering you to move forward in your life. Coaching is an action-oriented process aimed at getting results. In the coaching relationship you set the agenda, and I serve as an objective sounding board helping to keep you focused and on track. As a companion in your process I want to walk with you as you break through old barriers and help you to develop new practices and behaviors that will allow you to reach your desired outcome.

Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is about developing strategic actions that will help you move forward. Coaching is not about explaining behaviors, delving into your past, or identifying pathology.

Coaching is not consulting. It is my job to ask powerful questions to draw out the answers that are already in you. My focus is on enhancing your competence and personal development, not on giving advice as to what action to take.

Although each person who comes to coaching has their own individual issue, all people who make the commitment to the coaching process have something in common. They know that they want to move forward in an area of their life, but they are not quite able to make it happen by themselves. Perhaps they are feeling stuck. They realize that they need someone to help them look at their issue from different angles and to point out where they may be getting hung up. They want to find a way to integrate all that they are, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Gaining new perspectives enables you to become more creative and effective your search for solutions and new directions.
